Overview
About 40 minutes by speedboat from Sihanoukville, Koh Rong is Cambodia's second-largest island. Its undeveloped natural beauty - emerald waters meeting dense tropical jungle - is the main draw, and at night you can witness bioluminescent plankton lighting up the sea. The 7km Long Beach and various snorkeling and dive sites are particularly popular. Speedboat about USD 22-25 (one way). Departs from Serendipity Beach pier.
