Otres Beach is Sihanoukville's quietest, cleanest shoreline, with about 4km of white sand. Unlike busy spots such as Patong or Kuta, it has a calm, easygoing feel, with small guesthouses and beachfront restaurants. Snorkeling, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding are all on offer. Free admission (beach). About 15 minutes by tuk-tuk from Sihanoukville town.
