Overview
Opened in 1974, the Singapore Cable Car was Southeast Asia's first urban cable car. The 1.7 km Mount Faber Line travels from Mount Faber (105 m elevation) via HarbourFront Tower 2 to Sentosa's Imbiah station in about 15 minutes, gliding 60 m above the water with 360-degree views of Keppel Harbour, the city skyline, Sentosa Island, and as far as Batam Island in Indonesia. A second Sentosa Line runs entirely within the island; combined passes cover both. Standard cabins are complemented by glass-floor SkyOrb cabins and dinner cabins, making it a popular date experience. Round trip about SGD 35; dinner cabin SGD 100-200. A 5-minute walk from MRT HarbourFront Station.
Opening Hours
Daily 08:45-22:00
Travel Tips
The Mount Faber Line at sunset (18:30-19:30) is most magical. SkyOrb glass cabins should be booked in advance. Cable car + attraction combo packages offer the best value.
