Overview
Straddling the Canada-US border, Niagara Falls is one of the world's three great waterfalls, with 2.8 million liters of water plunging over the edge every second. The Canadian-side Horseshoe Falls is the most majestic, and Table Rock offers a striking sense of its scale. Riding the Hornblower cruise right up to the base of the falls lets you feel nature's power in the mist. The falls are dramatically lit at night, and fireworks light up the sky in summer.

Travel Tips
About 1.5 hours by car from Toronto. Pack a waterproof jacket and book Hornblower cruise tickets in advance. In winter, parts of the falls freeze for an unusual spectacle.
