Overview
Spanning about 140 hectares, Century Park is one of Shanghai's largest city parks, divided into seven themed zones including a rural area, scenic area, lakeside area, forest and grassland, a bird sanctuary, and an international garden zone. Visitors can rent bicycles to loop the park or take a boat out on the large man-made lake, with spectacular tulips and cherry blossoms in spring and cosmos flower beds in autumn. Paired with the adjacent Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, it's a popular family outing. Admission CNY 10. A 3-minute walk from Century Park Station (Metro Line 2).
