Overview
Opened in 2005 in Seongdong District, Seoul Forest is a large urban park modeled after New York's Central Park. It's divided into themed zones including a deer enclosure, insect and plant garden, and wetland ecology area, and is always lively with locals cycling and picnicking. Nearby Galleria Foret and a trendy cafe strip make it easy to pair with a visit to Seongsu-dong, often called Seoul's Brooklyn. Free admission. A 5-minute walk from Seoul Forest Station (Suin-Bundang Line).
