Overview
Moalboal on Cebu's west coast is a world-class diving and snorkeling site where millions of sardines swirl just meters from shore. The silvery 'sardine tornado' is the kind of scene normally found only in nature documentaries, and sea turtles are often spotted too. Tours leave from Panagsama Beach. Snorkeling about PHP 500-1,000. About 2.5 hours by car from Cebu City.
Opening Hours
