The Musical Instruments Museum (MIM) occupies the 1899 Art Nouveau department store 'Old England' and houses some 7,000 instruments from the Middle Ages to today. The included multimedia audio guide plays the actual sound of each instrument as you stand before it — a uniquely immersive experience. The top-floor restaurant offers views over central Brussels and the Royal Palace, making it a great spot for a meal with a view. Admission about EUR 15. 5-minute walk from the Grand Place.
