Overview
Trümmelbach Falls is Europe's only accessible glacial waterfall inside a mountain. Meltwater from the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau glaciers pours down ten cascades at up to 20,000 liters per second. Tunnel elevators and walkways bring you face to face with the thundering force of nature, and the spiral shapes carved into the rock over millions of years are mesmerizing. Admission about CHF 11. About 20 minutes by bus from Interlaken toward Lauterbrunnen, located in the Lauterbrunnen Valley.
