Overview
Jaman Mural Village is a small hillside neighborhood across from Omokdae, where narrow alley walls are covered with charming murals of fairy tales, characters, and scenery, making it great for photos. Once a hillside shantytown of Korean War refugees, it was reborn as an atmospheric travel spot through a mural project. Small cafes and workshops tucked among the alleys reward slow exploring. The village is free and always open, connected on foot from the Hanok Village. As residents live here, please visit quietly.
