Overview
Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave sits directly opposite Devi's Falls and extends about 3km underground. Deep inside, a naturally formed Shiva lingam is revered as a Hindu holy site. The narrow passages weave past stalactites and stalagmites, creating an otherworldly underground landscape. At the deepest point, you can see Devi's Falls plunging into the cave from inside — a unique perspective. Admission NPR 100. About 10 minutes by taxi from Lakeside.

Travel Tips
Pair this with Devi's Falls across the road. The cave is dark and slippery, so bring a phone flashlight and wear non-slip shoes.
