Overview
About 20 minutes from Gdańsk by SKM train, Sopot is Poland's premier seaside resort. Its 511.5m wooden pier (Molo) is Europe's longest, offering a sweeping Baltic panorama from the end. The wide white-sand beach is perfect for swimming and sunbathing in summer or watching wild Baltic waves in winter. Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street is a lively pedestrian strip packed with cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. Pier admission about PLN 10 (EUR 2; free off-season). 10-minute walk from SKM Sopot station.
