Overview
Built in 1955 as a 'gift' from the Soviet Union, this 237m tower is still Warsaw's tallest building. A landmark of Stalinist Socialist Realism, it stirs mixed feelings of love and hate among locals. The 30th-floor observation deck offers 360-degree views of the city, and inside you'll find theatres, museums, cinemas, and even a swimming pool.
Opening Hours
Observation deck: 10:00-20:00 (until 22:00 Fri-Sat)
Travel Tips
The 30th-floor deck offers a sweeping view of Warsaw. The building's illumination at night is also striking.
