Overview
The Chiang Mai Night Bazaar runs every evening, with hundreds of stalls spreading out along Chang Khlan Road. Shoppers can pick up Lanna-style handicrafts, silk, wood carvings, and silverware - signature northern Thai goods - at reasonable prices. The food court area lets you sample Chiang Mai specialties such as khao soi, som tam, and mango sticky rice. Free admission. On Chang Khlan Road, about a 10-minute walk from the Old City.
