Arusha

아루샤

Gateway city to Kilimanjaro and the Serengeti, and the launching point for safari tours. Tanzania's top nature experiences — the Serengeti migration, Ngorongoro Crater, and Kilimanjaro climbs — all begin here. Arusha National Park offers walking safaris with Mount Meru as the backdrop, and the Maasai Market in town sells traditional crafts.

The June-October dry season is best for safaris. January-February is also clear and good for climbing Kilimanjaro.
