Overview
Completed in 1407, this Gothic church shares the skyline with the castle as the town's defining silhouette. Its soaring spire rises prominently above the red rooftops. Inside you'll find medieval frescoes, tombs of the Rosenberg family, a Neo-Gothic restored altar, and a Baroque organ. Viewed from across the Vltava, the church and castle together create a stunningly photogenic townscape. Free entry (outside mass hours). 2-minute walk from the Old Town square.
Opening Hours
10:00-17:00 (outside mass hours; reduced winter schedule).
Travel Tips
