Overview
Haller Park lies in Bamburi north of Mombasa and is a celebrated example of ecological restoration, rebuilt over 30 years from an abandoned limestone quarry by a cement company. Today the park is home to giraffes, hippos, antelope, colobus monkeys, and giant Aldabra tortoises over 100 years old. With a keeper, visitors can hand-feed giraffes and pet the giant tortoises - a favorite with families. Footbridges across the lakes let you get close to crocodiles and hippos. Admission KES 1,500. About 30 minutes by car from downtown Mombasa.
Opening Hours

Travel Tips
