Built to showcase Chamorro culture, the village runs craft shops and eateries by day — but Wednesday night (6-9pm) is the main event: charcoal barbecue skewers, red-rice plates, kelaguen and coconut shave-ice stalls filling the plaza while Chamorro dance troupes and live bands play. Locals and visitors mix in equal measure, kids line up for carabao (water buffalo) rides, and cash (USD) is king.
