Overview
Opened in 2018 to honor Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE's founding father, The Founder's Memorial offers free admission. Its centerpiece, The Constellation, is a striking artwork of 1,327 geometric shapes suspended on cables that form a three-dimensional portrait of Sheikh Zayed. It is located at the intersection of the Corniche and 18th Street in Al Ras Al Akhdar, with on-site parking available.
Travel Tips
Visit in the evening to see The Constellation lit up for a different atmosphere. Parking is limited, so consider walking or using public transport.
