Overview
Formed about 300,000 years ago, Manjanggul is a 7.4km lava tube registered as a UNESCO Natural Heritage Site. Visitors can walk about 1km of the cave, viewing unique formations like lava stalagmites and lava bridges. The 7.6m lava column at the end is the world's largest and the cave's highlight. The interior stays 11-21°C year-round. Admission KRW 4,000.
