Overview
Designed by architect Tony Garnier and completed in 1928 as a cattle slaughterhouse and market, this hall was notable for its innovative steel-frame structure. After the market closed in 1975, it was converted into a multi-purpose venue hosting major concerts, sporting events, and exhibitions. With capacity for up to 17,000, it's a favored Lyon stop for international touring artists. Admission varies by event. 10-minute walk from Tram T1 or Metro Debourg (Line B).
