Overview
Bosu-dong Book Street traces its origins to Korean War refugees who made a living selling used books, and it remains one of Busan's iconic cultural alleys. About 40 secondhand bookshops line the roughly 200m lane, where visitors can soak in the nostalgic scent of old books and hunt for treasured out-of-print finds. The annual autumn Bosu-dong Book Street Culture Festival adds extra energy. Free to browse. A 10-minute walk from Jagalchi Station (Line 1).
Travel Tips
A good place to find cheap Japanese and English-language books too. Take a break at an old-school teahouse in the alley.
