Overview
Once a racecourse during the Japanese colonial era and later a US military base, this site was reclaimed in 2014 as Busan Citizens Park, a large green space in the heart of Busanjin District. Its broad lawns, mirror pond, and picnic plaza serve as a retreat for locals, while a history hall traces the site's modern history. A relaxing spot for a downtown stroll. Free admission. A 10-minute walk from Busanjin Station (Line 1).
Travel Tips
The mirror pond's reflection photos are popular. Visit the history hall to better understand the site's significance.
