Overview
Sharjah Desert Park is a multi-facility nature park about 28km east of the city center, featuring the Arabian Wildlife Center, a Natural History Museum, and a Children's Farm. The wildlife center lets you observe Arabian oryx, gazelles, snakes, and raptors — species native to the Arabian Peninsula. The natural history museum covers UAE geology, ecosystems, and marine life. Air-conditioned indoor facilities make it comfortable even in summer. Admission AED 15. About 25 minutes by taxi from Sharjah city center.
