Overview
Candi Ijo is a 9th-10th century Hindu temple complex sitting on a hill about 410 meters above sea level, the highest-elevation temple site in the Yogyakarta area. It comprises a main shrine and several subsidiary shrines, and the sweeping view from the hilltop over the Prambanan plain and Yogyakarta's airport makes it a popular sunset spot. It's not far from the Ratu Boko ruins.
