Overview
Born of the 1950 black market and rebuilt in 2023, this is the heart of Naha's everyday food culture. Downstairs: electric-blue parrotfish, Agu pork, island tofu and pickles; upstairs: the beloved mochiage system, where eateries cook your downstairs purchase — sashimi, butter-grilled, fried — for about JPY 500 a dish. Arcades link it straight to Kokusai Street, and the surrounding market lanes keep the local flavor.
