Overview
Named when the 18th-century Ryukyu king Sho Kei praised it as 'a field where ten thousand could sit', this raised-coral cliff frames the famous elephant-trunk rock over emerald water — the stock star of Okinawa tourism photos. A 20-minute loop path circles the clifftop meadow, and the 2020 visitor building adds a café and shops. Sitting mid-Onna resort coast, it's a natural stop between Naha and the Churaumi north.
