Riverside promenades offer great views of the Phnom Penh skyline at night, and cafes and restaurants come alive in the evening with local young crowds. Close to the Royal Palace and Riverside, easy to combine into a route. Free admission. About 10 minutes by tuk-tuk from the Royal Palace.
