Opening Hours

The Mediterranean Pleasure Bath is open Mon–Thu 11:00–19:00 and Fri–Sun/holidays 10:00–20:00 (pools close 30 minutes earlier). The thermal bath opens daily from 07:00, and the outdoor Strand operates only in summer season (roughly May–September).

🚇 Getting there

From Debrecen's main station (Nagyállomás) or the city center, take tram line 1 toward the Nagyerdő forest park and get off at the 'Aquaticum' stop, right at the entrance. The ride takes about 10–15 minutes from the center.

⏱️ How long to visit

Plan about 3–4 hours to enjoy the indoor pools, slides and thermal baths. Allow half a day if you also visit the sauna centre.

🌅 Best time to visit

Weekends and school holidays get crowded with families, so weekday visits right after opening (around 11:00) are quietest. Winter is an especially good time to enjoy the warm Mediterranean-style indoor thermal experience.

Travel Tips

More modern and family-friendly than Budapest's Szechenyi Baths. Visit on a weekday for a more relaxed experience.
