Overview
Male's Artificial Beach is a roughly 300 m man-made shoreline on the city's east side, the locals' main outdoor relaxation spot for swimming, sunbathing, and meals. Cafes, restaurants, and a night market line the area, which buzzes in the evenings. During Ramadan evenings and weekends it fills with families, and free concerts and events are common. Free admission. Near the Tsunami Monument.
