Wide planned roads, parks, and quiet residential streets contrast sharply with congested Male, and the grassy west-coast park is popular with local families for picnics. With fewer tourists, it's a great spot to observe everyday Maldivian life as it is. Ferry fare about USD 1-2. Departs from Male's western jetty.
