Overview
Located in the Santa Cruz district, Casa de Pilatos is the palace of the Andalusian noble Medinaceli family and ranks among Seville's most beautiful residences. Its dazzling Mudejar azulejo tilework blends harmoniously with Italian Renaissance architectural elements, and the central patio features Roman-era statues and fountains that lend it an exotic atmosphere. Tickets are divided between a ground-floor patio and garden visit, and a full visit including the upper gallery via guided tour, with an audioguide included in all tickets. It's a 15-20 minute walk from the Seville Cathedral and Alcázar, and also reachable by tram or bus.
