Overview
Completed in 2011, this Jürgen Mayer-designed structure is the world's largest wooden building - a waffle-roofed canopy 150m by 70m, rising 26m on six mushroom-like columns that earn it the local nickname 'Las Setas' (the mushrooms). Level 1 houses the Antiquarium museum showing Roman ruins unearthed during construction, Level 2 is an open-air market, and the rooftop offers a 360-degree walkway over Seville. The nightly LED light and music show that begins at sunset is one of Seville's most memorable nighttime spectacles. Rooftop admission about EUR 15 (includes a drink and the night light show). 10-minute walk from Metro Plaza Nueva (Line 1).
Opening Hours
Rooftop 09:30-24:30 (light show daily 21:00-24:00)
