Overview
Standing on the Thermaic Gulf waterfront, Thessaloniki's flagship modern concert venue pairs two contrasting buildings side by side: the Neoclassical 'Cheimonos' hall and the glass-fronted modern 'M2' hall. It regularly hosts the Greek National Opera and the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra, along with an international jazz festival, classical concerts, and ballet performances throughout the year. Located at the southern end of the Paralia promenade, it's an easy stop while strolling from the White Tower, with lovely sea views out front. Tickets range roughly EUR 15-40 depending on the performance. About a 25-minute walk from the White Tower along the southern Paralia.
