Overview
Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) is a large cultural theme park recreating the traditional houses, cultures, and costumes of Indonesia's 34 provinces. Opened in 1975 during the Suharto era, pavilions surround an artificial lake shaped like the Indonesian archipelago. A cable car offers aerial views of the entire park, and facilities include an IMAX theater, science museum, and aviary for a full day of activities. Admission IDR 25,000. About 40 minutes by Grab from the city center.
