Overview
Aquário de São Paulo is one of South America's largest aquariums, featuring sharks, penguins, a polar bear, Pantanal caimans, and pirarucu fish. It is notably the only facility in South America housing a polar bear, and also runs separately ticketed sections like the Jurassic Aquarium and mermaid shows. Tickets are cheaper when booked online in advance, and visits are scheduled for a specific time slot. Especially popular with families.
