Operating since 1930, Dolac is Zagreb's iconic open-air market, perched on a raised terrace just behind Ban Jelačić Square. Under red parasols, vendors sell fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, honey, and olive oil from across Croatia; the underground level houses a fish market and butchers.
