Overview
When it opened in 1997, the 112.5m Tempozan Ferris Wheel was the world's largest, and it sits right beside Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. A full rotation takes about 17 minutes, with gondola views stretching across Osaka Bay to the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and, on clear days, the Rokko mountains. It's also known for changing its illumination colors based on the weather forecast. Pair it with Kaiyukan for a full Tempozan Harbor Village visit. Admission JPY 900. A 5-minute walk from Osakako Station (Chuo Line).
