Overview
Discovered by Canadian Pacific Railway workers in 1883, this thermal cave and spring led directly to the creation of Canada's first national park in 1885. The indoor exhibit hall tells the story of the cave and springs, while the outdoor boardwalks are free to explore. Indoor admission is about CA$9 for adults, and the Banff National Park entry fee applies separately. It's about a 5-minute drive from the Banff townsite.
