Overview
Beneath Brno's Vegetable Market (Zelný trh) lies a medieval network of underground passages used for storing wine and food, and as wartime shelters. Restored and opened to the public in 2011, guided tours explore about 1 km of tunnels. The route includes a recreated medieval alchemist's workshop, wine cellars, and wells, with interactive exhibits bringing medieval Brno to life. Admission about CZK 180. Tours start at the Vegetable Market entrance.
