Overview
Opened in 1913, this is Europe's largest public bath complex, housed in an unforgettable yellow Neo-Baroque building. Three outdoor pools and 15 indoor pools offer water temperatures from 27°C to 38°C. The thermal water rises from 1,200 m underground and is rich in calcium, magnesium and other minerals. Soaking in the outdoor pools amid winter snowfall is a Budapest highlight. Admission about HUF 7,500-10,000 (EUR 21-28, cabin/locker option). Right at Metro M1 Széchenyi Fürdő station.
