Overview
Opened in 1918 as part of the Gellert Hotel, this bath is celebrated for its Art Nouveau interior of mosaic tiles and stained glass. Indoor and outdoor pools of varying temperatures, a wave pool, and saunas are all on offer, fed by mineral-rich thermal water rising from 800m underground. Smaller than Szechenyi but beloved for its elegant, classic atmosphere. Admission about HUF 8,000-11,000 (EUR 22-30). Reachable by tram 47/49 or on foot across Liberty Bridge.
